    hadn’t maxed out in a while so decided on CFT
    back squat 190f-190f-197PR…yes I jumped without a successful lift, worked well lol world’s slowest squat but i got it!!
    shoulder press 95-100PR-105f PUMPED to finally hit triple digits
    deadlift 255-270(alllmost threw up mid-lift b/c the belt was too tight lol)-280PR
    Total 577 – 25lb PR!
    Siu, if I could figure out how to squat I’d be gunnin’ for ya! 😉

    I knew I could get the 140 PC up so I just kept trying until it happened. Need to focus on getting under the bar more as I’m catching all of these fully standing up. I haven’t heavy squatted in weeks and realized how much I missed it! Even 195 at tempo felt great! Kept the PUs strict for the most part and didn’t took ~1 min rest between sets.
