As always, today’s priority is on strength work – either make up yesterday’s bench work or perform tomorrow’s squat work. Or simply recover from yesterday’s mess.


Wednesday – WOD

Part 1:
Bench press, 5 @ 75%, 3 @ 85%, 1(+) @ 95%

Part 2:
For time:

50 thrusters, heavy

Perform five burpees every minute on the minute, using the rest of each minute to perform the required thruster repetitions.

Post load and reps in final set of Part 1 and load and time for Part 2 to comments.

As many rounds as possible in seven minutes of:

5 pull-ups, chest-to-bar
10 sumo deadlift high-pulls, 95/65 lbs.

Post loads and reps in final set of Part 1 and rounds completed in Part 2 to comments.
