    I used my deadlift weight for back squats by accident until the last set when I realized there was no f’ing way!
    140/160/166 X 4

    Then I did 5 out of 7 sets of 15 burpees, 20 14″ box jumps, & 25 double unders with 2 minute rest between:
    2:43/2:38/2:24/2:22/2:24 I stopped at 5 due to my back feeling sore.

    Got up to 150# which was a PR by about 25# since I last tried for a 1 rm – many months ago.

    Great to see everyone again. Have a good 4th weekend.

    B. Clean, max for day; 234, then 1 x 2 @ 211
    C. Back squat, 3 x 3 @ 224

    15 glute-ham sit-ups @ 21X0
    15 reverse hypers, 50 lbs.

    Snatch @ 194 was a 4-lb PR, as well as equal to bodyweight. Missed the second snatch rep @ 174.

    rd 1: HPC very broken (singles) took a long time
    rd 2-3: 4-3-3, much better

    D. Did first set and stopped at 6 during the second due to strange knee thing

    30 muscle-ups for time: 1 month, 13 days, 22 hours, and 6 minutes.

    does anyone else’s arms feel extremely sore? It’s been two days since the prowler and my ARMS (wtf!) are still messed up.

    Greg-my arms aren’t sore, but I still have numbness in my hands, my pinkie fingers and outside of hands. It is strange.
