    @Jen: Is there a chance we could die in the Warrior Dash? Because if not, my interest in the event seriously drops. ha

    Will you are only allowed to do the Warrior dash if you don’t sit there contemplating for 30 mins before hand on the best strategy to get through the water, over the obsticles and how many tires to take at a time.

    Made up Tuesday:

    Bench press: 105(1RM) From the ground :/ didn’t get full range of motion and it was a lot harder than I imagined.

    Elevated foot ring ups and extended ROM ring push ups practice. Ring up Max:8 Low:2 Push up Max:4 Low:1

    Can’t wait to get back to CFN.

    Bench 125, lots of fails at 130…matched my old PR. Note: do not be lazy for 1-2 months, it really does nothing for your numbers. lol
    Then did the ring row/pushup dealio on the 20′ box for RR and 15lb plates for PU – 8/5, 6/5, 6/6, 6/5, 6/5…Not my strongest event. haha
    Then Will talked me into muscle up practice for a good hour or so aaaaand now my arms aren’t functioning. So close to a MU though!
