    B. Muscle-ups through transition (no dip), 5 x 3; start a set every minute on the minute

    A. halting clean deadlift @ 1123, 3 sec pause at top, 3X3 rest 90sec.
    B. clean and jerk 65%x1x5, 70%x1x5, 75%x1x5 1min rest b/w sets. if all 15 reps are sucessful..take up singles AHAP off clock.
    C. Clean pull, 3X5 rest 90 sec @ 90%
    D Front squat @10X0, 5×3 @ 80% rest 2min b/w

    A. 135/155/155
    B. 95/105/115
    kept going with singles…
    1×135
    1×145
    1×155
    1×165 hit the clean, fail on the jerk.
    C. 150

    4 x (10 burpees-20 unbroken pullups-run 400m @ 90%) w/3:30 rest after each set:

    1:12,1:15,1:16,1:15 run times

    Done at the UC track…made note that pullup bars by the track are too close to wall for good kipping.

    20:43 (PR by over 7 mins) based on body weight of 169, last BW was 165 – must be the CFN Club Music on Brent’s i-pod that got me going!
