    A2. Glute-ham sit-ups, 3 x 20; 2:00 rest

    Knee starting to feel normal during everyday activities. Seven weeks post-op and probably still have 12 weeks before I can really squat, but I should be able to start pushing the hips harder now. Sled work begins this week…

    No rest for me triathlon next weekend and adventure race in 2 months gotta stay on track, actually felt pretty good considering yesterdays madness

    Pull up/push up ladder

    With a continuously running clock do one pull-up, and one push up the first minute, two the second minute, three the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
