Perform as many rounds as possible in 15:00 of:

5 pull-ups
10 toes-to-bar
15 push-ups

    4 rounds and 3 pull-ups. I did have to drop to my knees towards the end of the rounds.

    OPT:

    A. AMRAP Sets of 5 reps of BWT (male) and 3/4 BWT (female) OHS in 12 minutes
    rest 20 min
    B. AMRAP Sets of 1 rep of 1/2 BWT (male) and 1/3 BWT (female) Weighted Chin Up in 6 minutes
    rest 10 min
    C. AMRAP shoulder to overhead – 155#/105# in 3 minutes

    bar must be reloaded for OHS onto back or rack b/t efforts
    hands must leave bar after 1 rep for chin ups
    shoulder to overhead anyhow for C

    post score to comments
    (i.e. A+B+C = score; 15+8+25=48 as score)

    BW = 170
    Score: 5+20+16 = 41 Total

    ended at 155…tried 165 but i think i was pooped from all the others before.

    group wod-
    75 OHS 115/75lbs
    10 burpees for every drop.

    RxD 12:34 …hard wod for sure! pretty sure i did 60 burpees.

    7 rounds , 7 T2B, 1 bloody rip.
    Golf clap @Alexis for the handstand walk. That was infinitely longer than I was capable of.

    I did an OPT wod from a few days ago. It said 80%, but I went the same pace I do most workouts, which I guess is about 92%??
    4 5 minute rounds of:
    10 burpees
    10 1.5 keetle swings
    20 burpess
    10 30lb bent over rows

    Active Rest 4 minutes between rounds.
    2 rounds + 10 burpees
    2 rounds + 7 buurpees
    2 rounds
    2 rounds

    3. today’s WOD modified to 10 minutes: 5 rds + 7ttb

    getting over a snotty sickness…had trouble breathing so 10 was a very good modification

    A. 7 full rnds * dropped the 5th rep on rnd 8* Damn
    B. 25 *scaled, only used 35#’s. Shlder is messed up*

    OPT
    BW = 145lbs

    10 sets (@109lbs) + 13 (@48lbs) + 17 = 40

    Was pretty happy about today. Missed one set of OHS at around the 6 min mark when I pitched slightly forward on my 4th rep. The sets of 5 were interesting, as it’s such a mental test on whether or not your ready for the next set given that 4th and 5th rep tend to be a little shaky. Yet every time I went for a set, I was always ready. Need to find that balance.

    Massage and yoga tomorrow, then likely the next cycle off to let the bod recover a bit.

    then…
    3min amrap of shoulder to OH @155 = 12 reps
    This one was disappointing but at least now I know one more thing to work on.

    Subbed GHDSU for TTB. I’m not risking bloodying up my hands less than a week out from the urbanathlon- call me a pansey, I won’t be offended.
