Ran 7miles plus stairs
Rich and I can’t make it tonight to Yoga, but we’ll definitely be there next week!
I’d like to come tonight for yoga (between Bengals & Reds). I don’t have mat but I’ll show up anyway and hope for the best.

Weighted pulls up’s with 95lbs, 20 reps
155lbs shoulder to over head, 25 reps
1 mile run, 200 flutter kicks, 100 push up’s
1 hour of yoga .
