    800m run,
    Ohs work, 2,2,1,1,1,1, with 205, and 225
    Weighted pulls up’s with 95lbs, 20 reps
    155lbs shoulder to over head, 25 reps
    1 mile run, 200 flutter kicks, 100 push up’s

    1 hour of yoga .
