400m run
15 overhead squats, 95/65 lbs.

A benchmark girl, but as always, scale as needed, even if that means using the PVC. Post time to comments.

    200m run
    10 135lb power snatch
    30 45lb push-ups

    19:59 – 95lb snatch/45lb push-ups for the first round and 25lb for 2 and 3
    The first round of push-ups killed me. I think alone they took me five minutes…At least the snatches were easy.

    @ Rich,
    You should be able to crush that 14:09. At that time I had to break my OHS into 2 or 3 sets every round. The red is def up for the taking.

    1. Deadlift: 265…too easy, I need to get a new 1RM
    2. Messed around with the WOD from yesterday a little (really wanted to try out my new shoes)… Did a couple rounds at 135, which is my previous 1RM.
    3. Nancy: 18:08…at 75 lbs. Started off strong, only to have Zak whip past me like I was standing still during the 3rd set.

    Good workout to everyone there today. It was fun, see you all tomorrow!

    Oh yeah, forgot to mention the most important number. When I got home, the scale said “199.0”. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve seen the south side of 2 bills.
