    3 Overhead Squat – 75% 1RM; rest 10 sec
    1 weighted chin up; rest 0 sec
    10 CTB chin ups; rest 3 min
    (progress chin up weight per set if you can)

    build 240 sec of front leaning rest
    (feet elevated 6 inches off ground, hands on rings 4 inches off ground, body in plank position)

    135lb overhead
    70lb pull up

    Tabata box jumps, 20″, low score
    1:00 rest
    AMRAP in 12:00 of:
    2 handstand push-ups, hands elevated 4″

    MUs completed unbroken, low score box jump of 10, 4 rounds + 1 RA TGU.

    Then yesterdays OPT
    Instead of MUs I just did transition work, 2 on the minute for 10 minutes
    Tabata box jumps – low score 14, lost my balance, really slowed me
    HSPU and TGU combo – 3 rounds + 1 LA TGU… BRUTAL, its amazing how heavy 25lbs can be!

    Water Polo tournament in Chicago this weekend against some of the top master’s/club teams in Midwest….lets hope 5 months of CFN has helped me to hang with the big dogs : )

    4 min plank on rings with ft elevated 2in above hands

    Did it in one set without coming off the rings, but held the plank position for 4:23. thanks glenn, B.O.E, and joe for pushing me. Glenn sick job too, friend!!!!

    Quads are shot..still, so no squatting for me.

    Did the pull-ups with 20# for 8 rounds.
    Plank hold was difficult max hold was :40 and shortest was :20
