I made up 800s, but I did it on the treadmill. I have a hard time pushing myself on the TM.

so, WTF do these issues mean anyway.
3 is yes for the Casino’s (moer local jobs and tax revenue meaning less job cuts for CPD and CFD). a no on 2 means better humane treatment for the animals we eat. A yes on 7 is the public library levy. and a no on 9 wld make it possible for street car and passenger rail to begin construction.
I’ll chime in, yes on 52 is for Cincinnati Public Schools and it will NOT raise your taxes.

Pukie was tapping me on the shoulder during the 50 sit-up, but he did that douchebag thing where you tap someone on the wrong shoulder. I looked, didn’t see him and kept going.
Started with an 800m (2:54) – I’m now convinced my distances at home on Sunday were longer than 800m.

Practiced C&Js up to 115 then learned how to split jerk for the first time. Under the watchful eye of Brentley, I’m learning to do the whole triple-extension-shrug-fast-elbows thing vs. my many years of upright row-reverse curl thing.
